At StatueCorp, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion investment. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your StatueCorp account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to generate a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags are attached and the products are in unworn, original condition.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your initiation email and attach it to the outside of your parcel, removing or covering any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
